Alice Love is no longer teaching outdoors on the bay –
The time she has spent to beg the San Diego City Park and Recreation to get a permit every single month since September 2020 has been too distracting from her Nia Teaching purpose and her Nia Practice. She loved every second of teaching her classes on the gorgeous De Anza Cove Mission Bay but is putting this fun page behind.
She has chosen to take this precious time to continue her education and go deeper as she has stepped in to a journey of “Moving to Heal” Trauma – Her education is a fusion of Debbie Rosas Nia “Moving to Heal” Training/Apprenticeship and Peter Levine’s Somatic Method Courses.
“We all have a powerful ability to heal from Trauma – I was and I am able to every time I step into my Nia practice – YOU can as well – I am here to help” – Alice Love (aka Nia Diva)
We will meet again ON THE DANCE FLOOR when everyone is ready to move back safely in our gorgeous space at Ooh Lala Dance Academy.
Please check back regularly for what the next page of Moving to feel, Moving to heal will be.
