Due to Covid-19, Alice is not currently teaching at her regular precious space at Ooh LaLa Dance Academy in La Jolla & in PB – Let’s be hopeful that the classes will resume there soon BUT for now WE KEEP MOVING OUTSIDE. See classes information below.
Alice is taking this time to continue her Nia education to specialize her teaching into “Moving to heal Trauma” – Her education is a fusion of Debbie Rosas’s Nia “Moving to Heal” Training/Apprenticeship and Peter Levine’s Somatic Method Courses.
“We all have a powerful ability to heal from Trauma – I was and I am able to, you can as well – I am here to help YOU” – Alice (aka Nia Diva)
